NEMO provides free public Wi-Fi access. This network is not encrypted. As a user of such a network, you should assume that data can be intercepted relatively easily. Therefore, you should not provide any sensitive information on public Wi-Fi networks, such as passwords for example, unless you are connected to a secure service (HTTPS, VPN). Similarly, your computer should be correctly protected from malevolent intrusions (firewall) and software (virus). NEMO cannot be held responsible in the event of a malevolent act committed whilst using the NEMO public Wi-Fi network.
For more details on user obligations and security: see the NEMO general conditions of use.
