The NEMO service is available in various places across the canton of Neuchâtel. It offers free wireless internet access to residents and visitors. To ensure a good quality service for as many people as possible, access should be occasional and for a limited time. For this reason, access to the NEMO service is not intended for intensive or continuous use by any one person. In the event of misuse, NEMO reserves the right to severely limit the band-width available or to interrupt the service.
NEMO requires an identification code which can be obtained by filling out a form. The code is sent by SMS, which identifies the owner of the mobile phone. Log-in data required by Swiss law (LSCPT) will be stored in compliance with federal requirements.
